Back to the real world! That’s what I told myself yesterday when I pulled out the Bodybugg to see what kind of calories I’m burning. I probably should have been wearing it while training for NWM but I hate having a ton of devices on while running. I also am a numbers girl so being able to see exactly what my body is doing makes it a little easier for me. So here’s what Wednesday’s numbers looked like. If you notice just past 8 last night, I fell asleep because my numbers suddenly dip very low! I fell asleep with it on!
