Cam (our New You trainer) has us doing Tabatas. I love it! I now do them when I'm training on my own. I can honestly say that I feel as though I've worked harder after a 4 minute Tabata session than I do after running 3 miles. I usually do 3 or 4 sessions during my regular workouts.
